GROUP (“BEED”)
Is a privately-controlled
broadly-based supra-national corporation, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia, with a broad spectrum of business activities, stretching not only
across the Arabian Peninsular, with particular emphasis on the GCC
communities of the Region, but also bestriding the entire globe. To accommodate and structure these diversified interests,
the following major Groups have been established, the principal activities
of which are summarised further below:

customers through the provision of quality at every level of our
activities. In this
regard, our challenge is to assure and sustain competitive
advantage. This we
achieve through constantly re-aligning our business structure with a
sharper focus to changing market opportunities and requirements.
Through the resolve, vision, and professionalism of our
highly motivated senior management team working together to actively
employ cross-referral techniques, we have the flexibility and
agility to enable intelligent innovation and synergy to benefit the
whole of our customer base.
BEED remains dedicated to a programme of judicious expansion with further diversification of both the above and other products planned in the near term. In this regard, within the Region, BEED’s capability and competence, combined with its infrastructural critical mass, coalesce to provide a very attractive platform for the representation and distribution throughout the Region of the products of foreign leading international industrial or service organisations, and for the selective exportation of prime local products or produce. Outside the Region, BEED will continue to expand its global portfolios through the selective addition of rewarding direct and indirect assets hallmarked with attributes of clearly superior quality.
